My career began with the work itself: learning to control the product, build the structure, and understand every decision behind the finished nail.
That foundation has taken me into professional competition, international education, educator development, competition judging, and product development and quality control.
Today, I bring those perspectives together in the way I teach—connecting what your hands do with what you need to understand.

Precision shaped my career.
Teaching gave it reach.
As a competitor, I developed discipline, precision, and an eye for detail. As an educator, I learned to make those decisions visible: to explain the structure, demonstrate the process, and help another professional recognize what needs to change.
My experience as a judge at Nailympia Orlando brings another dimension to that work: evaluating execution against professional standards.
When I look at a nail, I consider its structure, the product choice, the application, and the reasoning behind the result. That is the depth I bring into a classroom.
Education without borders
Teaching in 31 countries means learning how to reach people.
I have worked with nail professionals, educators, Master Educators, distributors, and education teams across different cultures and markets.
That experience has taught me to observe closely, adapt my explanations, and meet professionals at different stages of their development—from an individual hands-on session to an international education event.
The setting changes. My responsibility remains the same: make the knowledge clear enough to use.

Training the professionals who will teach
the next generation.
A defining part of my career has been training, certifying, and recertifying educators, including supporting their development toward Master Educator roles.
Teaching a technique requires more than being able to perform it. An educator needs to explain a decision, recognize an error, demonstrate a correction, and evaluate whether a student understands.
Preparing someone to carry that knowledge into their own classroom is one of the most meaningful responsibilities of my career.
